1. Scope of Services
Quana Travel, operated by Jamie Norris, is an independent personal travel advisory service. We design tailored travel experiences—ranging from cruises and guided tours to accessible adventures and all-inclusive getaways. Our advisory fee starts at $250, payable upfront and non-refundable once planning begins.
- Your planning fee covers itinerary design, supplier coordination, bookings on your behalf, and dedicated support before, during, and after your trip.
2. Booking & Payments
While I can use your payment details to reserve and book travel—such as flights, accommodations, or excursions—all payments are made directly to the suppliers (e.g., hotels, cruise lines, tour operators). Quana Travel does not collect or hold these funds. You receive direct booking confirmations and receipts from each supplier.
3. Independence & Liability
Quana Travel acts as an independent travel advisor and is not affiliated with, nor operates, any transportation, lodging, tour, or cruise providers. I facilitate bookings but am not responsible for supplier errors, schedule changes, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances. Your contract is directly with the supplier.
4. Payment & Cancellation Policies
Planning Fee: $250 minimum, due upon agreement to proceed with services. Non-refundable once planning begins.
Supplier Payments: Managed on your behalf, paid directly to each provider based on their payment and cancellation policies.
Trip Cancellation: Should you cancel or change plans, supplier policies apply. Any losses or fees are based on those policies and are separate from the planning fee.
5. Use of Client Payment Authorization
When you provide payment details for booking, you authorize me to charge suppliers directly on your behalf. Except in cases of fraudulent activity, you agree not to dispute valid charges with your bank or card issuer. This helps respect supplier agreements and ensures trip continuity.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your personal and payment information is handled securely and confidentially. Payment details are used solely to book your travel and are not stored or reused by Quana Travel beyond what’s necessary for the reservation process.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under these laws and local jurisdiction.
