Supplier Terms & Policies
At Quana Travel, powered by Fora Travel, we partner with hundreds of trusted travel suppliers around the world—from cruise lines and hotels to tour operators and resorts. To give you the best experience, it’s important to understand how supplier policies work alongside our advisory services.
1. Supplier Relationship
When you book travel through Quana Travel, you are entering into a contract directly with the supplier (e.g., hotel, cruise line, airline, or tour company).
Each supplier has its own Terms & Conditions governing payments, cancellations, refunds, and change policies.
Quana Travel and Fora Travel act as your agent and advocate, helping you navigate these terms—but the supplier remains responsible for delivering the services booked.
2. Payments & Deposits
All deposits and final payments for travel are made directly to the supplier, not to Quana Travel or Jamie Norris.
In some cases, I may use your payment details (with your authorization) to process charges on behalf of the supplier. In all cases, your money flows directly to the supplier.
Payment schedules (deposit amounts, due dates, and penalties for late payments) vary by supplier and are outlined in their terms.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Supplier policies govern cancellations and refunds. Some may allow partial refunds; others may impose strict penalties or offer only future travel credits.
Quana Travel cannot override supplier rules. However, I will support you by:
Reviewing supplier policies with you before booking
Advocating for the best possible outcome if changes are needed
Rebooking or adjusting plans within the supplier’s guidelines
4. Supplier Liability
Quana Travel and Fora Travel are not the operators of hotels, cruises, airlines, or tours. We cannot be held liable for:
Changes in schedules, delays, or cancellations
Acts of nature, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen events
Supplier errors or service deficiencies
Your legal contract for services is always with the supplier.
5. Travel Documentation & Insurance
Suppliers may require specific documents (passports, visas, vaccination certificates) and it is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain them.
Many suppliers strongly recommend or require travel insurance to cover cancellations, interruptions, or medical emergencies. We will provide recommendations, but the final choice to purchase coverage rests with you.
6. Fora Travel Supplier Network
Through Fora, Quana Travel has access to 8,000+ global travel partners including Virtuoso hotels, Four Seasons, Belmond, Marriott STARS/Luminous, Hyatt Privé, and more. These partnerships often provide:
● Complimentary upgrades (when available)

● Early check-in/late check-out benefits

All of these benefits are subject to supplier availability and their own program terms.
7. Acceptance of Supplier Terms
By confirming a booking through Quana Travel, you acknowledge that:
You have reviewed the supplier’s Terms & Conditions, including their payment, cancellation, and refund policies.
You understand that Quana Travel/Fora Travel facilitates your booking as your advisor, but supplier policies govern the services delivered.
