To begin working together, a planning fee starting at $250 is required. This fee covers personalized trip design, itinerary building, supplier coordination, and ongoing support.
Non-Refundable Once Planning Begins
This fee is non-refundable once planning has started, ensuring every client receives my full attention and expertise.
Booking & Supplier Deposits
Payments Made Securely to Travel Suppliers
While I may use your payment details to reserve and book hotels, cruises, tours, or flights on your behalf, those payments are made directly to the travel suppliers (such as hotels, tour operators, or cruise lines)—never to Quana Travel or myself personally.
Trusted Intermediary Role
Think of me as your concierge and advocate: I handle the logistics and booking process using your payment authorization, but your money always flows straight to the supplier.
Clear Receipts & Records
You’ll receive official booking confirmations and receipts from the supplier for every transaction, giving you confidence and clarity.
